  • Can I cancel anytime?
    Yes. All our plans have the opportunity to cancel at anytime. With no additional fees or requirements. Keep in mind we do not refund partial cancelations. You may be subject to the complete month you selected.
  • Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
    Most definitely yes. You have full to change your plan at anytime. Simply go into your membership account and change your plan under the subscriptions section. Need help? Give us a ring at (650) 422-4707.
  • Can I download courses, videos, or data for future use?
    Unfortunately no. Our services including courses, videos and other content are created exclusively for our members when they are logged in only. We do not provide downloadable content at this time.
  • Do my monthly consultation times rollover?
    Sorry they do not. Monthly consulting hours are on a use it or loose it plan. If you feel that you will not be able to utilize your hours on your plan please contact us and we will try to help out as best as possible.
  • Do you offer general marketing assistance?
    Yes, we offer assistance to the best of our ability. We try to accommodate with many miscellaneous tasks as possible. Call us with for more information.
  • How do you store my files?
    Files are stored on our cloud storage servers provided by Google Services. Storage is only accessible by staff who are authorized by Cupertino Marketing. Your dedicated folders are monitored and tracked to ensure security and piece of mind.
  • How do I access my files?
    Clients are provided a free of charge cloud storage folder that contains all of their completed and approved files. This file is accessible only by the account holders email address. You will have access to all of your files 24/7 whenever you need them.
  • How long does it take to finish a website?
    Website design completion will vary based on the type of website and size. Simple one page informational sites can take as little as 1 day to complete. E-commerce, Schedule Based, or Larger sites can take several days to a few weeks depending on the product volume, information and style.
  • Are my prints delivered or pickup?
    We work with hundreds of printing vendors across the US. Allowing you the flexibility to pickup anywhere your live or your business resides. If delivery is selected we use a handful of qualified and verified printing vendors. Ensuring your products meet our QA standards.
  • Do I own my designs?
    We design multiple types of assets. Depending on the asset type will depend on how ownership is granted. You will retain ownership on any print media or digital designs we create for you. We provide only the final file to our clients. Editable files are stored on our database for internal use only. Website designs may be owned or partially owned by vendors used. Since we partner with website vendors like Wix.com we must adhere to their guidelines of use. If you have questions about website ownership please refer to the vendor used for your website. We also store your website design on our partner accounts ensuring access to your website when needed for revisions or maintenance. Contact us for more information.
  • Can you recreate a template I found online?
    No, we cannot recreate any copyright material found online. However, if you see an image or sample online that you enjoy. We encourage you to show us for inspiration to help design something we know will fit your style.
  • Can I use my own designs for advertising?
    Yes, you have the ability to use our advertising services only and use your own designs. Each advertising plan has its own dimensions and guidelines that must be followed in order for the best results. Dimensions and guidelines are provided upon request after the advertising campaigns is approved by the client.
  • How long does Direct Mailing take to deliver?
    In most cases Direct Mail can take between 1 to 2 weeks to deliver. These campaigns are usually straight forward mailing services that come from a provided list or mailed to every house or business in a specific location. However, depending on the volume and type of Direct Mail this may take up to 3 weeks or longer. Accounting for the distance from the mailing drop off center, design complexity, and the criteria of the mailing list. We recommend to schedule Direct Mailing campaigns 2 months in advance to avoid delays.
  • Can I speak with someone about creating a campaign plan?
    Yes, we offer comprehensive advertising strategy planning for our clients.
  • Can I change my advertising plan when I need to?
    Yes, you have the ability to change your advertising plan at anytime. We do require a 30 day notice in advance to avoid any cancellation or change order fees.
  • Can I cancel my advertising plan?
    Yes, you have the option to cancel your plan within 24 hours after your campaign is approved. Cancellations after 24 hours may result in fees based on the advertisement you selected. In some cases we use vendors to fulfill your order and may not be able to cancel if your advertisement is already being processed. Call us for more information at (650) 422-4707.
